In 1999, Phase 3 was completed and the sanctuary could now seat 850 people. In 2002, Phase 4 of the construction was completed. This included new office spaces, a prayer room, a music room, a kitchen and a gymnasium.
MCA is now home to over 1500 people from 45 different nations. We gather every Sunday at 9:00am & 11:30am (new service time) for Praise & Worship, followed by a time of prayer & preaching of the Word. After each service, we have refreshments in the gym. We also have mid-week activities, including after-school programs, family night and sports. MCA is a great place to Believe, to Belong & to Be Loved! Why not bring a friend?
In the Power of the Holy Spirit, we will go into the community of Malvern, the city of Toronto, the nation of Canada and to the ends of the earth, and preach the gospel to all people, and make them into disciples of Jesus Christ.
MCA is a dynamic and diverse Spirit-filled church, committed to reaching thousands. Over the next 7 years we expect to SEE:

~Every Family member Trained & Equipped

In 1996, following a three-month Chaplaincy course at Scarborough Grace Hospital, I joined the staff of Malvern Christian Assembly, where I have served as Senior Pastor since October 2005.

Pastor Conrad grew up in Scarborough where his family faithfully attended a local United church. During his high school years, he had a life-changing encounter with Jesus at the youth group of a Pentecostal church and felt strongly that God was calling Him to be a Pastor.
After ministering and volunteering for close to 20 years in churches throughout the GTA and most recently as the Discipleship Pastor at Kingsview Church in Hamilton, Conrad has returned to his roots in the promised land of Scarborough as the Family Ministries Pastor at MCA. His previous ministries have focused primarily on young people and discipleship and he is excited about helping your entire family grow closer to Jesus right in the same community which shaped the person he is today.
Conrad’s ministry partner is his wonderful wife, Julie. They literally have two of the cutest girls in the world: London and Quinn.

Craig was born in Scotland and came to Canada at the age of 3 years old and grew up in Scarborough.

His education includes studies in visual art, new media design and is currently enrolled in Masters College & Seminary working towards certification in Christian Leadership.
